I prefer to watch them in Japanese just because some jokes get lost in translation, but if you don't speak Japanese, I don't see why people get all upset if you prefer dubs over subs. Theres some references to pop-culuture and her other works in the OVA if you look which is pretty cool and the whole "suit that restricts her strength" thing was neat.
I am a HUGE Rumiko Takahashi fan, but the version I saw was really low quality. Founded in 2001 as the first anime & manga recommendation database.
