Contacted Wayfair and they send out a brand new chair. In addition, the bottom of the bed came with a piece of fabric, no wood on the bottom of the divan bed. Beware before ordering. Delivery date has been changed without any explanation or prior notice. I ordered a TV cabinet in the sale. Excellent service, fast delivery,would recommend Mayfair Beds to anyone and everyone!!!
MayFair Beds. I got back in touch with Waifare customer services to inform them that the wrong item had been delivered who have arranged for a Hermes courier to collect the parcel in two days, but I won't be in to hand it over to them as I will be in work. Responded quickly to queries and processed order within advised time.

However, we have not been treated fairly in this whole process, and I’m just disappointed in the lack of customer service and the fact that we have clearly been forgotten about, and just let down. My only issue is extention cable does not work, but managed without needing it. Truly disappointed. It was obvious that this was a previously returned item that was re-despatched to another customer. Delivery service was great and efficient too! I contacted Wayfair and Sureshi wasn't empathetic or willing to help advising that the other two parcels are on the way and they can only offer to send out new parts and 'rectify issues as soon as possible' which given the desk was delayed and shipped from Poland could mean another 3-4 week wait. * One or more of these files was not uploaded due to an invalid file type. Their customer support directed me to their Delivery Solutions who said they would investigate and if we did not hear a replacement would automatically be ordered on 3rd Nov. We have heard nothing and now the date for the re-order is being pushed back.
Didn't recieve item then they cancelled the order without contacting me then i called and reordered waited 2+ more weeks and still didn't receive the item and they cancelled the order again. This was my first and last experience with Wayfair. I was told by Waifare live chat that cancelling the item was now impossible as it was already being prepared for dispatch to be delivered on Thursday (6 days after purchase). Once again I contacted customer services to be told that DHL had apparently had an issue with my address so couldn't deliver, no update on when the next alleged delivery attempt would be. This is the last time I will ever trust this company. You will be contacted by email to verify your review. Stay away. Very stubborn customer service absolutely no flexibility or empathy among anyone I have spoken to no accountability and their only course of action is to blame everyone else but themselves. I am left without a desk and feel completely let down by the lack of flexibility shown to support a customer who has received a bad experience.
